- Develop training programs and resources to onboard new team members and provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor customer interactions, review performance metrics, and implement quality assurance measures to maintain service standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to address customer feedback, escalate issues, and drive resolution.
- Track and analyze customer service metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management on trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a champion for the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and influencing decision-making to improve the overall customer experience.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
