We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and manage our marketing efforts.The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of technical marketing and be capable of creatively managing all aspects of our marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, content creation, brand management, and project coordination.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Marketing manager will receive a generous compensation package with a competitive salary commensurate with experience and opportunity for professional growth and career development in a dynamic industry.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and differentiation from others in the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, case studies, and presentations.
Oversee SEO strategies and manage website development, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth and innovation.
Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing communications align with our company's values and messaging.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and i efficiency.
Stay current with industry developments, interface with key suppliers and partner companies, and recommend new strategies to enhance our market presence.

Required Skills/Abilities:
College education with 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in marketing preferred.
Technical and construction knowledge preferred.
Demonstrated writing and presentation skills.
Positive energy level suitable for collaborating with a dynamic sales and operations team.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of a computer while sitting at a desk.
Prolonged periods standing and walking when attending trade shows.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Schedule:
Our general operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
This position is based out of our Sanford, Maine, office. Occasional remote work may be available, after a period of demonstrated work knowledge and consistency.
