    Cyclyx International, LLC. is a post-use plastic innovator that develops solutions for unlocking plastic's recycling potential. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that can join our unique team, bringing fresh ideas and strategic plans to grow our brand.     Role Overview

    The Digital Marketing Manager at Cyclyx is a data-driven person responsible for managing digital mediums including the website, social media channels, email blasts, and more. S/he enjoys analyzing data and A/B testing, recognizing that a digital strategy is constantly changing and evolving. The Digital Marketing Manager is a self-starter who seeks opportunities to improve the company's digital assets and performance. S/he is also a team player, working collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve goals and objectives.

    Position Duties & Responsibilities

    • Creates, executes, and oversees the digital strategy that supports the overall marketing objectives and goals set forth by the Vice President of Marketing.
    • Develops digital content strategy for Cyclyx and 10to90 brand for both organic and paid media.
    • Builds and maintains the website (landing pages, blogs, etc.), social media (all platforms), email campaigns, paid media campaigns, and more.
    • Effectively develops digital strategies that increase customer engagement and loyalty to the brands.
    • Serves as the liaison between Cyclyx and its third-party website provider who is responsible for maintaining the back end of the website.
    • Builds and manages SEO/SEM strategy for the website to enhance page performance and ranking in search.
    • Collect results and evaluate ROI of marketing initiatives; review customer data analysis reports; track campaigns, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly performance analysis reports of post campaign and make recommendations to concurrent programs for modifications.
    • Plan and schedule social media content; stay up to date with current social trends for content inspiration and creation; monitor and interact with social followers as frequently as possible to drive engagement and growth.
    • Creates digital strategy with the user in mind, always finding ways to improve their experience.
    • Creates and builds out the Cyclyx | 10to90 Google Business Profile, which includes a strategy for soliciting customer reviews.
    • Works closely with and mentors the Marketing Engagement Specialist.
    • Remains plugged into the digital landscape to stay up to date with latest trends and best practices.
    • Eager to test new digital channels and tools that could benefit the brands.
    • Presents campaigns and strategy to key stakeholders as needed.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • 5 - 7 years of professional experience in digital roles, with some time spent in a managerial position.
    • Previous experience in the following areas:
      • Managing social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
      • Utilizing social media management platforms-preferably Sprout Social.
      • Utilizing a content management system (CMS) to build and maintain a website.
      • Running both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
      • Tracking digital performance and metrics with digital tools such as Google Ads and SEMRush.
      • Setting up and maintaining Google My Business profile.
      • Planning, executing, and tracking pay-per-click PPC advertising campaigns.
    • Proven track record of successfully amplifying a brand's digital footprint, visibility, and performance.
    • Familiarity with and comfort in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.)
    • Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS a plus.
    • Ability to produce high-quality and on-brand work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the environmental, recycling, plastics manufacturing, or other related commodities business preferred.

    Education/Training

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field required, or 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
    • Possesses relevant digital marketing certifications, such as Good Ads Certifications, Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, HubSpot Email Marketing Certification, Twitter Flight School Certification, etc.

    • Receptive to constructive criticism, remembering and applying this feedback towards all work going forward.
    • Remains calm and professional in all situations, including under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Self-sufficient and resourceful, needing little to no direction to get started with a project.
    • Maintains a calm and professional demeanor, especially when asked to make continual edits to a project.
    • Displays a keen eye for detail throughout all work.
    • Ability to take corporate goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies.

    Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status.

    Position Mechanics

    Reports To: Vice President of Marketing

    Type: Salaried ($77,000 - $90,000); full time

    Regular Office Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, plus occasional evening and weekend work to adhere to the ongoing news cycle

    Staff: No direct reports, but solicits and manages contributions from internal resources and manages relevant vendors

    Location: Preference is NH/MA/RI

    Work Environment: Hybrid; Remote office and professional office

    Travel: The work will mostly be performed locally, though occasional travel should be expected
