The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and cleaning of the account

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides oversight of all C&W Services Maintenance and Custodial operations
Oversees major repairs and renovations of mechanical systems
Oversees plant maintenance, operations activities and building renovations
Presides at weekly scheduling meetings and reconciles the maintenance requirements of individual areas so facility maintenance needs are met
Ensures all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost effective manner according to the applicable codes
Ensures all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state and local laws
Assists in reviewing and engineering, with the customer representative(s), any plans or specifications for additional maintenance, construction and renovations
Deliver facility and operations products and services at a high level.
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
Develop and maintain department emergency response procedures.
Execution of site wide preventive maintenance programs.
Oversee and operate site CMMS and EMS controls
Develop, deploy and manage site Key Performance Indicators.
Generate monthly productivity report for customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer proficient, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service, managerial, communication, and technical skills
Working hours are not confined to weekdays, may also include evenings and weekends as well as on-call for emergency situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Experience managing a facility with a building automation system
Ability to effectively communicate to customer and subordinates
Ability to develop and manage the facility operation's budget
Must be able to work with co-workers in a professional and non-confrontational manner
