    The Crown Is Yours

    We're searching for a Strategic Customer Initiatives Specialist to drive and execute new and existing customer initiatives that will have a material impact on the Customer Organization at Draftkings. In addition to driving projects, this role will proactively identify opportunities to define standard practices and develop affiliated playbooks. This role will support a key channel within the Customer Organization, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver on goals.
    What you'll do as a Strategic Customer Initiatives Specialist

    • Drive and execute critical strategic initiatives identified to achieve goals.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve for dependencies, develop and execute on project plans and deliver on core goals.
    • Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and retrospectives with project and leadership teams.
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies within specified channels and proactively propose solutions.

    What skills you will use

    • At least four years of project management, journey lead or related experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
    • Effectively partner cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.
    • Passion for driving results and demonstrating ultimate impact.
    • Agile work methodologies and continuous improvement processes preferred.
    • Project management certification(s) preferred.

    We're a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.     The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78, $117,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and how that was determined during the hiring process.
