Why This Role is Important to Us:


Position Summary:


Under the supervision of the Enrollment Director, the Supervisor, Enrollment provides leadership for, and direct supervision of, the Enrollment Specialists, Retention Specialists, and Reconciliation Specialists.

They are responsible for overall day to day operations of the Enrollment department, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of membership enrollment records.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the daily workload balancing of the team, initiating, and implementing key departmental initiatives. They ensure key performance metrics are achieved while also maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

They supervise production and project deliverables independently, and provides leadership to staff in addition to supporting training of new functions/processes and escalating issues appropriately.


Supervision Exercised:

Yes, which includes but is not limited to providing leadership, work direction, and performance feedback to subordinate staff.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Creates and maintains a high quality and productive team environment to keep the Enrollment team motivated to perform at their highest level.
  • Manages daily staff assignments ensuring inquiries and requests are responded to and documented according to protocols.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the Enrollment department
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements, including enrollment processing turnaround times.
  • Serves as the SME for state and federal requirements
  • Create documentation (P&Ps, workflows, etc.) and provides training to staff for all regulatory and business processes.
  • Establish and maintains working relationships with other supervisors/managers within CCA as well as external contacts.
  • Monitor and track key business metrics to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Oversee timely response and resolution of member related issues.
  • Support, initiate and implement key departmental initiatives.
  • Evaluates staff performance and administers introductory and annual performance evaluation meetings as well as meetings to address performance and corrective action issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrates exemplary leadership, exceptional work ethic, ability to prioritize task; able to work under pressure and strive to find creative solution.
  • Assists staff with resolving problems, developing independence and use of resources, and using solid judgment skills.
