Position Overview:The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all Fooda operations in the Boston market. Beyond managing day-to-day operations in Boston, the primary focus is to lead and support the operations teams there. The Operations Manager is dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent for each position, with a particular emphasis on recruiting and retaining the finest local restaurants to ensure an excellent client experience. Moreover, this role aims to establish a high standard of operational excellence for all clients and product offerings. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
