- The Ops Manager will be the primary contact for the local team on operational issues, providing superior knowledge and experience to ensure client satisfaction.
- Management & Operations
- Provide training and guidance for start-up properties and new employees.
- Coordinate with Security to implement new operational procedures.
- Track and manage property contracts, capital projects, and expenses.
- Conduct safety & OSHA training and ensure compliance.
- Keep core practices up to date.
- People Management
- Provide coaching and training to maintenance staff.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure JLL transition checklist completion.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Review capital expense and construction budgets.
- Basic knowledge of construction principles.
- Perform any assigned duties/tasks.
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 5+ years in Property Management Operations.
- 3+ years of administrative/technical experience in property systems.
- Experience in shopping mall property management is a plus.
- Expertise in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction.
- Strong communication, supervision, and leadership skills.
- Supervisory experience with multiple employees.
