    Job Description

    Role with Opportunity for Permanent Placement

    We don't need prior experience in sprinkler design, but it's a plus. We are seeking individuals with Design/CAD skills, and we are willing to provide training on the sprinkler aspect.

    Responsibilities

    • Design various fire suppression systems such as wet, dry, pre-action, and foam fire sprinkler systems
    • Create detailed shop drawings, field engineering tasks, and operation planning
    • Prepare plan and material submittals for review
    • Coordinate fire sprinkler design with building structure and other subcontractors
    • Assist with material procurement and field engineering troubleshooting
    • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
    • Understand job costs related to engineering, material, and labor
    • Meet project deadlines efficiently
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and instructions
    • Follow oral and written instructions diligently
    • Work within scheduled hours and deadlines
    • Open to providing training

    Required Skills

    • Experience with AutoSPRlNK, HydroCAD, or SprinkCAD is a plus
    • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD preferred
    • Strong self-discipline and motivation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Punctual and reliable
