Leadership and Oversight:

Vital member of the Executive Team, reporting to the General Manager.
Dynamic leadership role overseeing day-to-day front-of-house food and beverage operations and event management across all Club outlets.
Ensures service standards exceed member expectations through professional supervision, coaching, and staff mentoring.

Team Development and Performance:

Fosters motivation, teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability among staff.
Directs Restaurant Managers, Assistant F&B Director, and all F&B FOH staff, including hiring, training, supervision, and performance appraisals in alignment with Club policies.

Service Excellence and Operations Management:

Implements efficient training programs and ensures the highest level of service to Club members and guests.
Collaborates with the Executive Chef on service style, menu development, and budget planning.
Monitors department financial performance and adjusts to meet goals.

Beverage Programs and Event Planning:

Oversees beverage programs and event planning.
Maintains sanitation standards and collaborates with the F&B Administrative Manager on communications and promotions.
