Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and mentor the frontofhouse team
  • Oversee operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure that every guest receives personalized and attentive service, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Find creative solutions to optimize revenue while maintaining the quality of our offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the frontofhouse
  • Partner with brand team to ensure brand, service and culture standards are met and maintained
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about food & beverage and elevated service, with advanced knowledge of F&B operations, ideally within luxury and/or fine dining environment(s)
  • Hardworking team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Excels at written and verbal communication
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
