- May provide guidance to lower level Analysts
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Understand CI/CD pipeline
- Experience reviewing hardware and software vulnerabilities
- Working knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Knowledge of publications to include; NIST 800-53, 53a, JSIG
- Understand and enforce policies and procedures within classified space

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:We are searching for a Cyber Information Assurance Analyst to join our Cyber, Modeling and Simulation Division in our Reston, VA office of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State University. ARL's purpose is to research and develop innovative solutions to challenging scientific, engineering, and technology problems in support of the Navy, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Intel Community (IC). CMS Division leverages M&S expertise and other resources to deliver prototypes, demonstrations, and accelerated transitions of emerging research and technologies vital to national security needs, in addition to performing research, development, testing, and evaluations facilitating innovation in practice and development of critical, in-demand capabilities.

This position will be filled at the intermediate professional or advanced professional level depending on the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field plus 1-3 years of related experience for the intermediate professional level. Additional experience and/or education are required for higher level positions. A Master's Degree is preferred.
