    Job Description / Responsibilities

    As a HUB Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Executive, you will build solid relationships with clients and prospects and prospect for business based on your networks, connections, and communities. While your focus will be commercial lines, all roles are vital to our success in all our product lines - from personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages. You will be supported by the HUB International corporate office and regional offices with the opportunity to create your own entrepreneurial journey. You will be the cornerstone of our superior customer service and will be charged with ensuring client satisfaction.

    Other responsibilities of the role include

    Deepening client relationships through expert consulting as a trusted business advisor

    Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service

    Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services

    Generating and pursuing new client opportunities

    Presenting our services and solutions at prospect meetings

    Bringing new business prospects to closure

    Retaining clients by maintaining solid business-to-business relationships

    Job Requirements

    In this role, you must be confident in your skills and expertise in risk management and complex coverages, with the ability to interact and engage with high level decision makers. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional to join a dynamic team and work with key clients.

    Qualifications for this role include

    10-15 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience, which could include broker, carrier, and/or company experiences

    Experience working with complex risks, particularly with Property, D&O and Cyber risks preferred

    Experience working with Fortune 100 companies or clients

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Specific interest or experience (not necessarily in insurance) with the aviation industry is a plus

    Obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire

    Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations such as CPCU, ARM

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently
