    We are seeking an Administrative Manager to join our growing team As Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our division's operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in programmatic and administrative functions.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of programmatic and administrative functions to support the operations of a division.
    • Prepare correspondence, perform data entry, create databases, provide payroll support, coordinate and schedule meetings, arrange travel, and assist with records management.
    • Monitor business output of financial reports and personnel metrics, conduct financial and funding analysis, review policies and directives, develop and track metrics, and assist with word processing and presentation preparation.
    • Execute professional-level tasks that require independent judgment, initiative, and tact.
    • Provide documentation planning and support, project administration, and general office support.
    • Possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Requirements:

    • Interim Secret or Secret clearance is required
    • Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing a variety of programmatic and administrative functions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
    • Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations.
