What will you contribute?

  • You support the responsible project purchaser in creating and developing offer requirements for external business partners.
  • You assist in tracking deadlines and preparing incoming data from external business partners. This also includes collecting, summarizing, and analyzing this data in preparation for award decisions.
  • You also assist in data storage, maintenance, digitalization, and visualization in applications such as Qlik Sense or Tableau, and contribute your own ideas for optimizing and designing these applications.
  • In addition, you support in the administration of MS 365 solutions, such as SharePoint, Lists, Forms.
  • Administrative tasks within the department are also part of your responsibilities.
