Your responsibilities:

Maintaining and expanding personal client base through phone calls and onsite meetings, following our individual sales concept
Consulting clients on our services and options
Building longterm relationships with key clients
Identifying, hiring and supporting external colleagues in client assignments

Your qualifications:

Completed education with work experience or a degree
Career changers (m/f/d) are welcome
Business knowledge is desirable
Sales affinity and drive to make progress
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
Ideally some experience in staffing or other service sales
