As a reliable partner of our client, a 100% subsidiary of one of the largest payment providers specializing in marketing and bonus programs, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the Customer Service department for our location in Hamburg.

Your tasks will include:

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email (B2C & B2B)
Managing correspondence through mail, fax, email, and phone
Processing new applications and orders
Maintaining data using common computer systems

Requirements:

Previous experience in telephone communication and a confident demeanor
Proficient in using common computer systems and the internet
Highly reliable and customeroriented
Strong communication skills and fluent in German
Additional language skills are a plus
Willingness to work in shifts
