We are currently seeking a Sachbearbeiter (m/f/d) for heating and utility cost accounting for a large property management company with over 10,000 units in Grandview, IA.

Your responsibilities as a Sachbearbeiter will include:

Supporting the timely and accurate creation of water and heating cost statements
Preparing heating cost statements (water and heating), including complex special cases (e.g. user group billing, VDI 2077, separation billing)
Handling objections and appeals
Continuously improving and standardizing work processes

Your profile as a Sachbearbeiter:

Completed commercial training with several years of experience in utility cost accounting
Good knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law
Proficient in MS Excel
Structured and meticulous work style
Customer and employeeoriented approach
