    About the Job:


    Pathways is in search of a motivated and innovative individual to join us as a Full-Time Program Manager.


    The Company:


    San Diego First Responder's Behavioral Health Program is designed to support first responders through a peer helpline and educational services. The program aims to enhance mental health and substance disorder services' accessibility while breaking down stigmas that hinder access to such services.



    PAY: $78,000-$81,000



    • ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Conduct weekly meetings with program staff to ensure documentation meets standards.
      • Manage day-to-day program operations, including file reviews, procurement, scheduling, and software upgrades.
      • Provide training and support for the program's specialized curriculum.
      • Oversee various responsibilities as delegated by the Regional Director or Supervisor.
      • Lead recruitment, professional development, and performance management activities.
      • Represent the program at events and maintain external relationships.
      • Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures.
      • Transport clients to foster community connections.
      • Adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards with clients and staff.
    • RECOVERY REQUIREMENT:
      • Offer exceptional customer care at all times.
      • Empower clients, coworkers, and communities through identifying and building on strengths.
      • Support clients on their path to recovery and wellness.
      • Promote an inclusive organizational culture.
      • Value continuous learning and best practices in the industry.
    • LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:
      • Manage and supervise other employees.
    • EDUCATION/LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
      • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
      • Demonstrate experience in youth mental health settings.
      • Possess a valid California driver's license and auto insurance.
      • Minimum of 1-2 years working in behavioral health.
    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
      • Minimum 1-2 years of mental health work experience.
      • Flexibility to meet program needs.
      • Strong organizational, interpersonal, computer, and communication skills.
      • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
