    Responsibilities/Duties:


    • Oversee entire manufacturing process, which consist of the following areas:

    Pharmacy – weighing of raw materials

    Blending – mixing of raw materials

    Wet granulation and chilsonation (dry granulation)

    Compression – tableting

    Coating of tablets

    Encapsulation – hard gelatin

    Bulk packing – final reconciliation of each lot

    Shipping of bulk orders – products

    Equipment maintenance and repair

    Area, building maintenance

    • Fill-in for all manufacturing supervisors/managers in their absence.
    • Assist other supervisors and managers as needed.
    • Comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices
    • Ensure compliance to safety rules and all SOPs
    • Raw material requisition and inventory control
    • Schedule production formulas per due date and follow them through during entire manufacturing process.
    • Submit final batch record to Quality Control for review and final release of the batch.
    • Prepare finished goods form for data entry, bottling department use, and inventory control.
    • Participate in writing and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Communicate with customers, contractors, and government agencies.
    • Maintenance and efficiency of fire and burglar alarm systems.
    • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
