    Our client, A Global Retail Grocery Company is actively looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team This opportunity is 100% Remote (Candidates will need to be in EST)

    ***1 Year Contract w/ Potential for Extensions***

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 10 years of Product management experience
    • 10 years of Program Management experience
    • 3-5 years of Experience crafting and executing OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
    • Retail and Ecommerce Experience

    RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Lead the development of a product vision, then drive a process to bring that vision to life
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that they understand the vision for the product.
    • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
    • This role will involve hands on work in terms of writing functional stories, acceptance criteria, testing and analysis and will follow Agile ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint planning/ Retro / Review, etc.) and principles throughout the product development phases.
    • Develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
