The municipal company Stadtwerke Penzberg is a service-oriented company, conveniently located in the heart of the Bavarian Oberland. We supply the city area with drinking water, operate a sewer network and a joint sewage treatment plant. In addition, we are building and operating an expanding district heating network.

Recently, our modern family pool with contemporary leisure and fitness facilities, as well as a parking garage, was opened.

The municipal company Stadtwerke Penzberg is currently seeking a

Commercial Manager (m/f/d) permanent; full-time or part-time (at least 82%)

Your responsibilities

  • Management and further development of the commercial department
  • Internal service provider (including management of consumption billing, cash management for the pool and parking garage)
  • Responsibility for accounting, controlling, finance and personnel management
  • Management of commercial employees
  • Further development of reporting and risk management
  • Contact person for tax consultants, auditors and banks
  • Liquidity management
Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable education (e.g. certified accountant)
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in a commercial management position
  • Solutionoriented, structured and reliable way of working
  • Leadership skills, team orientation, communication skills, a high level of initiative, interest in municipal utility topics and commitment
  • Sound knowledge in the areas
