We are currently seeking a Business Manager (m/f/d) for our retail group's branch in Frankfurt, on behalf of our client.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the branch
Conducting controlling activities for all departments
Creating the annual budget and various forecasts
Preparation of investment plans and application for CPIs
Monitoring sales development, operating costs, and budget compliance
Regularly monitoring set sales, cost, and profitability targets, as well as quality control of bookings and provisions
Reducing receivables, improving cash flow, and developing proposals for cost reduction and profitability improvement
Monitoring internal controls and coordinating audits
Ensuring accuracy and reliability of accounts and results at each monthend closing
Monitoring receivables and purchasing management
Ensuring proper cash management

Qualifications:

Completed degree in business administration or a related field
Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role and industry
Basic knowledge of social, tax, and labor law
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of English and ideally basic knowledge of French
Experience in managing employees would be an advantage
Highly reliable and independent work style
Strong organizational skills
