Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further.

Claremont is growing and we're looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team to support our Highlands property in Fall River, MA.

This role is responsible for maintaining a high standard of care with the operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds and we would love to add you to our teamResponsibilities:

Maintain the daily upkeep of the interior of the property including, but not limited to, cleaning, painting, plumbing, HVAC systems and electricalPerform scheduled and nonscheduled general maintenance to ensure safe operationsProvide meticulous care and cleanliness of all supplies and equipment while maintaining inventoryOperate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and company standards Interact with tenants, vendors, customers, employees, etc.

in a professional and courteous mannerWork an on-call rotationPerform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as needed
