    Clinic Coordinator Overview

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Greets and welcomes all patients and families as part of the check-In and arrival process for unparalleled excellent experience.
    • Accurately coordinates and schedules future appointments and/or procedures following patient visit with provider.
    • Ensures a safe, clean, secure environment by monitoring common areas and proactively intervening when issues arise.
    • Provides communications and resourcesby ensuring patients and guests have access to appropriate technology, tablets, and other communication devices.
    • Demonstrates ability to provide applicable service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level of population served.
    • Performs other duties including Performance Goals developed by manager and employee and reported in the employee's Performance Review as part of organizations Performance Management tools

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Post HS education or training with basic medical terminology and keyboarding skills. (Must successfully complete training program within 4 weeks of hire.)
    • Competent withFlowcastand related online processes.
    • Key boarding skills of 35 wpm.

    Hours: .8 FTE is Mon 9:30am-6pm , Tue OFF, Wed & Thur 9:30am-6pm, Fri 9am-5:30pm
