Job Title:Patient Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Job Purpose Summary
:
To ensure that patients and are properly billed for all services, and that payments are received and processed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
Prepare and disburse patient financial statements
Review all Past-due accounts and track their payment progress
Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the patient.
Update Patient Account information as needed to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with the Administrative Director and other RCM Team members to maintain company financial health.
Effectively manage incoming billing inquiries
Keep records of interaction in patient charts
Identify and issue patient credits where needed
