- The same resume submitted under his/her name will belong to that Candidate appearing in person.
- Resumes and Skill Matrixes will be completed fully and accurately and reflected in the resume consistently with verifiable work experience and credentials. Resumes can't be edited or 'customized' to fit the job description.
- References will be of past supervisors at the client companies where you had placed your Candidate.
- If you want to submit candidates who are not currently your W2 employees, please ensure that you obtain their right-to-represent form prior to sending them to us. We may request this form in the event of a conflict. Our experience shows that such candidates may ask to engage directly, claiming that they have no relationship with the vendor presenting them.
- Any Candidate you submit to us, to the best of your knowledge, is ready to take the job, and remain on it for the duration of the project.

Requirements:Availability to work 100% on Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
IT work experience (3-5 years);
Experience managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams (5+ years);
Experience utilizing Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects (5+ years);
Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures (5+ years);
Experience with PMO methodologies and documentation (5+ years);

Leadership experience;

Develop and manage resource-loaded and leveled project plans;
Serve as a liaison with users;
Provide project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders as well as executive leadership;
Manage resources for associated projects;
Maintain all project artifacts in accordance with PMO standards and other documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with Chapter 60GG-1, Florida Administrative Code;
Work closely with customers, stakeholders and IT software developers to document business requirements;
Develop As-Is, To-Be, and other required business analysis documentation;
Follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts;
Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.
