Job Summary
Guest Service employees will perform functions in the Bone Student Center around operations, ushering, and security services.
This position is critical in providing our campus community and guests with exceptional customer service, offering relevant information, directions, resource materials, and a safe environment to enjoy the activities located in the Bone Student Center.
Student employees will assist in monitoring activity throughout the building and surrounding areas, enforcing building/ University guidelines, and reporting any issues to the appropriate staff.
Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality is committed to providing an outstanding dining experience for students, faculty, staff and guests in all of our locations.
The Department of Event Management, Dining, and Hospitality takes great pride in providing welcoming and inclusive spaces, high-quality food, and superior service, by trained and caring student and professional staff.
