Title: Operations Support Specialist

Reports to: Operations Support Manager

Direct Reports: Not Applicable

Position Summary

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all route and ticket paperwork is properly completed and entered into company's routing system for proper billing and invoicing.

Essential Responsibilities

Review completed paperwork from drivers each day; identify errors, missed information or missing paperwork and work with supervisors to collect needed information
Accurately enter in ticket information into routing system in a timely manner to ensure proper reporting, billing and invoicing
Answer driver questions regarding paperwork and forms, train new drivers in completing paperwork
Handle distribution of driver route sheets and dispatching sheets.
Support Operation Support Manager with administrative needs
Manage reception duties for the facility including opening door, sign in, and welcoming visitors.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED
2 years' experience in an administrative support role
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Highly detail oriented and process driven; data entry and data manipulation will be central to the role
Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner.
Good communication skills; is able to communicate effectively orally and through written skills, both internally and externally.
Grasps concepts quickly and has good follow through skills; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise; maintains a positive outlook.
