- Coordinate the content creation process in collaboration with on-site partners, copywriters, designers, Leadership Team and the other team members
- Prepare the content plan customized for each platform: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads
- Work with the team to verify, provide for review, and post the content
- Collect and report upon data and performance analysis to the Leadership Team
- Assist in developing and running fundraising campaigns using social media tools
- Develop strategies and work with Leadership Team to grow audience and participation
- Reply to the comments and DMs
- Communicate plans and schedule details using available tools and resources
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop new strategies and ideas
- Relevant experience managing social media accounts
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Relevant experience managing social media accounts
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Docs, SharePoint, Trello, and Canva would be a plus
- Living in the Seattle area (to be able to attend our offline events) is a plus
- Flexible schedule 2-5 hours per week
