- Lead teams to develop project scope incorporating cross functional inputs.

- Ongoing responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing improvement to ensure
- Works across Campbell's Americas to manage complex projects i.e. new product platforms,
- When needed will also support less complex projects i.e. label, packaging and corrugate
- Act as liaison throughout commercialization process to provide visibility to
- Works with Manager of Commercialization to notify teams of high levels of activity within
- Utilize scheduling tools to build project schedules and update milestones.
- Effectively manages project schedules of higher visibility, risk and complexity (new SKU,
- Coordinates projects that work across fiscal years, capital/plant improvements and
- Bachelor's degree required Technical or Project Management concentration preferred or
- Years of experience - 3 + years of related experience in project management and/or
- Bachelor's degree; Technical or Project Management concentration preferred or
- Detailed knowledge of innovation tools and processes, Stage Gate, Campbell's D4 or
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and the aptitude to quickly learn and apply new
- Knowledge of industry technology such as Clarity, SAP, Optiva or related preferred
- Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Attention to detail
- Knowledgeable about the CPG industry and/or experience in manufacturing

General Summary:
The Commercialization Project Leader (CPL) is responsible to lead successful commercialization of new products and costs savings of existing products to deliver both top and bottom line results in line with the Campbell's US Retail Strategic Plan.
The position will manage projects to deliver from $10MM NS up to $100MM NS, from idea conceptualization through to product on shelf and success in market utilizing the commercialization process and stage gate methodology.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$72,900-$117,300
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
