Short Description

  • Provides guidance and leadership to the team of analysts.
  • Develop a high performing culture within the team.
  • Provide support to staff to enable delivery on work plans.
  • Along with the Manager set performance objectives.
  • Demonstrates sound and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated to identify and resolve issues, and in advancing personal knowledge.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage of an analyst team, developing appropriate methodologies, preparation of weekly reports and to provide technical supervision of questions of analysis to data analysts.
  • Coordinate the work of data analysts to ensure a timely issuance of products reviewed by other analysts.
  • Analyze system requirements and determine system functional specifications
  • Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs.
  • Provide consulting support for customized implementation and installation of the software and related integration elements.
  • Lead large groups to make key decisions.
  • Training new team members of the team
  • Coordinating the analysis, development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades, and fixing system defects.
  • Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols
  • Must demonstrate basic skills with process improvement and project management.
  • Must be able to function as part of a team providing a high level of quality service to clients.
  • Maintain support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base
entries.

  • Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system
updates.

  • Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the
successful project implementation of system updates and changes.

  • Understand end-user workflow.
  • Perform on-call duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational core values.

Experience Required

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience.

Experience in Healthcare IT preferred.

Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and supervise projects and personnel required
