    Position Summary:

    • The RN on the 3 North-Surgical & Pediatrics floor plans, coordinates, and administers patient care tailored to the specific age groups. They guarantee the delivery of high-quality care following departmental standards, aligning with the unit's mission and the organization's goals. Adaptability to evolving processes is key, along with showcasing excellence in work habits and clinical care. Interactions with colleagues, physicians, patients, and families should be characterized by respect and empathy.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Required: Active WA RN Licensure, Current AHA HCP card, PALS, and NRP certifications. ACLS is preferred. Med/Surg & Pediatric experience is a plus.

    Wage Scale: $74.17

    BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    • $10,000 sign-on bonus for New Graduates
    • $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 1-3 years of experience
    • $25,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 3+ years of experience (Pro-Rated for Part-Time Roles)
