Position Summary:
The registered nurse (RN) in our Surgical Services department plans, organizes, and carries out patient care tailored to the specific age group of the patients. Ensuring high-quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, in line with departmental care standards. The RN showcases performance that mirrors the mission, philosophy, and objectives of the unit and the organization. Adaptability to changing systems is crucial - demonstrating excellence and effectiveness in work practices and clinical approaches, while treating colleagues, physicians, patients, and families with care and respect.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current WA RN License. Current AHA HCP card required. BLS certification.
This is a Union Position.
Pay Scale: $ - $
Sign-on Bonus Info:
Experienced RNs have the opportunity for a sign-on bonus!
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2-3 years of experience.
- $25,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 3+ years of experience.
(Pro-Rated for Part-Time Roles)
