- The role of a registered nurse (RN) in the Family Birthing Center involves planning, coordinating, and delivering patient care tailored to the specific age groups served. Upholding departmental care standards, the RN ensures efficient and safe care provision. It is essential for the RN to exhibit consistent performance aligned with the unit's mission, philosophy, and organizational objectives. Flexibility in adapting to evolving systems, exhibiting quality work habits and clinical practices, and showing empathy and respect towards colleagues, physicians, patients, and families are crucial.
- Active WA RN Licensure. Possession of a current AHA HCP (BLS) card is mandatory. NRP certification is required. ACLS & PALS certifications must be obtained within 60 days of employment. Willingness to train and work in Labor & Delivery and Special Care nursery. Prior experience is preferred.

- Sign-on Bonus Available for Experienced Candidates:
- $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 2-3 years of OB experience
- $25,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with 3+ years of OB experience
