It's time to join an awesome team and take on a challenging role in property maintenance! As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly, from fixing appliances to maintaining pools and buildings. Here's what you'll be up to:

Manage expense budgets and ensure resident satisfaction.
Hold vendors to high standards.
Handle a variety of maintenance tasks like electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and more.
Get units ready for new residents by cleaning and fixing them up.
Keep the property looking good by maintaining the grounds, removing trash, and painting.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring residents are informed.
Stay on top of administrative tasks and safety procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and Facilities Manager to optimize operations.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in various maintenance tasks like plumbing, carpentry, painting, and more.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of property maintenance best practices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EPA/HVAC certification required.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Prior maintenance experience, preferably in apartment settings.
Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
Capability to work autonomously.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
