- Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems.
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.
- Provide on-call emergency service.
- Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current.
- Deliver and pick-up chemicals.
- Build rapport with decision makers.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases.
- Extensive paid training for our Route Service Drivers who deliver valuable service to customers every day.
- Development opportunities to move up within the company.
- Competitive pay averaging $57,000-$62,000/year ($21/hr base plus commission and overtime pay).

- Be able to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm with occasional overtime (45 hours/week average)
- Be able to work on call after hours rotation every 6-8 weeks once trained.
