- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
- Manage the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and regulations, providing guidance to the organization as needed
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Experience with technical accounting research and implementation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.
