    We are currently seeking an HR Manager


    who will support the APi Corporate functions in developing, leading, and executing HR strategies in support of the company's business objectives.

    This role establishes strong partnerships with functional leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions and expertise.

    To include, but not limited to the following:

    Strategic Planning and Influence:
    Establishes, builds, and maintains strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

    Leverages relationships to effectively collaborate and influence across the HR organization and to work with department leaders to develop strategic HR plans in support of business strategy.


    Talent Management:
    Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition, retention, and succession plans. Provide guidance on talent assessment, development, and performance management.

    Team Member Relations:

    Serve as a point of contact for team member relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to people leaders and individuals.

    Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all parties involved. Partner with people leaders to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

    Development:

    Identify training and development needs for people leaders and individuals in the corporate team and across the enterprise, and facilitate appropriate trainings.


    Change Management:
    Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and measurement.

    Policy and Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational values.

    Engagement and Culture:
    Foster a positive work environment by promoting team member engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Partner with leaders to enhance organizational culture and team member satisfaction.

    HR Projects and Initiatives:

    Lead HR projects requiring difficult and complex problem solving with focus on medium to long-term solutions, such as program development, HR system implementations, career frameworks and other strategic initiatives with limited oversight.


    HR Leaders Community:

    Bring thought leadership and share best practices across the global HR community, by building relationships with Segment Talent Leaders, and presenting across multiple forums on the development / implementation of key HR processes and programs.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Proven experience (10+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
    In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and recognized as a subject matter expert.
    Strong business acumen and ability to understand the organization's strategy and goals.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfort regularly building relationships and influence with stakeholders at the Vice President level and above.

    Demonstrated experience in talent management, relations, and organizational development.
    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to drive HR strategies.
    Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools.
    Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are desirable.

    Benefits and Compensation:
    This role will have hybrid work flexibility based out of our office in New Brighton. The pay range is $101,000 - $152,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
