About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Team Member.
In this role, you will be a key part of our operations, providing excellent customer service, assisting with various tasks, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Your friendly attitude and teamwork skills will help ensure a great experience for both customers and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide information about products, services, and promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Sales Assistance: Help customers find the products they need, offer recommendations, and assist with product selection. Promote current sales and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments. Provide customers with accurate change and receipts.

Stocking and Merchandising: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom. Ensure that all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Flexible Duties: Be willing to assist with various tasks as needed, including restocking, cleaning, and supporting special events or promotions.
