About the Role:


We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service representative.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, providing information, and addressing their needs.

Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with team members to confirm appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and visitors. Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
