About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas.

As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring that merchandise is readily available for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
Organize and maintain stockrooms to maximize space and efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.

Stock Replenishment:

Restock shelves and displays on the sales floor.
Ensure that merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
Rotate stock to ensure that older items are displayed first.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales associates and management to support store operations.
Communicate effectively with team members about inventory needs and priorities.
Assist with additional tasks as needed, especially during peak times.

Customer Support:

Assist customers with locating products on the sales floor.
Provide friendly and helpful service when interacting with customers.
Support sales associates by retrieving items from the stockroom as needed.
