    Description

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid track record for delivering high quality end to end solutions. As part of the CET Organization in IT, you will lead projects in support of our Workplace and IT partners.

    Job Role and Responsibilities:


    • Support IT activities for the client Campus.


    • Define and lead large scale project proposals and plans. Execute the plan to deliver to the scope within budget and on time.


    • Project manage a set of work streams


    • Lead discussions with Technical Architects, Engineers and Vendors.


    • Provide oversight and direction to implementation team to ensure the deployment meets the project specs and requirements.


    • Develop integration plans using multiple vendor products.


    • Participate in and lead cross-functional team to develop solutions and to resolve issues.


    • Act as IT liaison with all business partners and vendors.


    • Take appropriate course of action needed to accomplish objectives in shortest time possible without compromising quality.


    • Work on and complete multiple projects and deliverables with limited supervision, and work independently or in a small team environment.


    • Provide continuous improvement feedback both written and verbal to improve services and processes.

    Required Skills:


    • 5+ years overall work experience in the technical industry preferably in IT organizations.


    • 5+ years of experience in a project/program management role running cross functional projects, end-to-end implementation and deployment.


    • Experience in project/program management, procurement, scheduling, planning, defining operational support and training plan including experience in working with other groups of CET organization


    • Understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management process and operational services.


    • Excellent training and presentation skills with proven communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.


    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally with other leaders.


    • Fluent in English language: speaking, reading, and writing.
