    Job Summary: The Open Studies GPA will serve as a representative of their program students in addition to assisting in speaker series logistics.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Work with faculty/subject matter expert to provide logistical support for 1-3 monthly speaker series
    • Communicate with speakers, create Zoom links and calendar invites, and communicate event details to students.
    • Requires attention to detail and strong time management skills
    • Speak with prospective students that request to talk with students currently in the program
    • Attend events, share communications, and other duties as needed
    Hours and Criteria:
    • $13.25/hour
    • Up to 12 hours per week

    • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift up to fifteen (15) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
    • Work environment: Work is remote.
    • Required training: GPA training and orientation, Anti-Harassment, Hazard Communication, Emergency Plans & Fire Prevention, Personal Protection Equipment.
