- Lead the development process from start to finish, including site acquisition, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to spot potential development opportunities.
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial models.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
- Supervise planning and zoning applications.
- Negotiate and handle contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with regulations at all levels.
- Manage due diligence, including environmental assessments and legal reviews.
- Create and present project proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
- Monitor and report project progress, addressing issues promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing complex real estate projects.
- Strong financial skills with experience in financial analysis.
- Excellent project management abilities with a knack for multitasking.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, development processes, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problems solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
