Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a talented team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
· Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and success.
· Provide insightful market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and business strategy.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Physics/Optics or engineering.
· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in selling test and measurement products and/or, in particular, tunable lasers.
· Deep understanding of the test and measurement industry, laser technology, and relevant applications.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
