For our OGS team at "Adolf-Clarenbach-Schule" in Neuss, we are looking for a dedicated leader/coordinator hours/week) to join us starting April 1st, 2023.

Responsibilities:

As the head OGS coordinator, you will take on responsibility Use your professional experience and qualifications in the social pedagogical field to lead a strong team, develop organizational processes, and fulfill your own potential.

In your new job, you will create a pleasant working atmosphere, a safe environment for school children, and well-thought-out pedagogical concepts.

As a communication expert and point of contact for parents and your entire team, you will actively participate in decision-making and planning processes.

Motivated collaboration with cooperation partners and reliable personnel management are also part of your responsibilities.

You want to:

Support and challenge elementary school students according to their individual development?
Plan pedagogical activities and lead their implementation?
Organize parent evenings and other events with legal guardians?
Coordinate and enrich holiday care with your ideas?
Act as a competent interface between the sponsor, school, and family?

Qualifications:

You have:

A degree in education, social pedagogy, special education, or a similar qualification?
Professional and personal leadership skills?
A willingness for continuous development, empathy, and a sense of responsibility?
Preferably professional experience working with school children?
