Our client is a well-known and diversified general contractor in Germany.

At the North Rock Springs, WY location, we are looking for a Manager (m/f/d) for the technical department in the field of turnkey construction.

Responsibilities:

You will lead a team of experts in the areas of turnkey construction and technical building services, work preparation (lean construction), and technical controlling.
You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning.
You will monitor work progress and deadlines.
You will be responsible for the intermediate and final review of turnkey construction calculations.
You will be responsible for organizing and ensuring knowledge exchange between projects and branches.
You will manage calculationspecific key figures.
You will have professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the team.
You will perform analyses and evaluations of tender documents.

Qualifications:

A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction engineering.
At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of calculation.
Strong expertise in turnkey construction.
Experience with tendering and calculation programs, ideally iTWO, as well as modeling software such as Autodesk Revit.
Experience in personnel management.
