    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled **Java Reactive Lead** with expertise in developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in backend systems development using Java and reactive programming principles. As a **Senior Java Reactive Developer**, you will have a significant role in architecting and implementing complex systems capable of meeting high concurrency and low-latency demands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain scalable backend systems utilizing Java and reactive programming frameworks like Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decipher business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
    • Design and deploy resilient, fault-tolerant, and highly available microservices-based architectures.
    • Optimize application performance by continuous profiling, tuning, and monitoring.
    • Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Java and reactive programming.

    Key Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Extensive experience in software development focusing on Java.
    • Proficiency in developing reactive applications using frameworks like Spring WebFlux, Akka, or Vert.x.
    • Thorough understanding of asynchronous and non-blocking programming concepts.
    • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
    • Knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
    • Exposure to Elasticsearch is an additional advantage.
