    2024 Summer School to Work -Digitalization Analyst

    Description

    Global Sales Intern will work closely with Digitalization - Platform team in Salesforce to learn basic navigation and user profile analysis. Intern will analyze data on existing spreadsheets for inconsistency and assist with filling in information. Intern will also be creating presentations, learning best practices and creating infographics.

    Intern will be able to participate in coaching and development within the Global Sales Operations organization and other departments as interested. There will be opportunities to meet with sponsors from other areas within the organization to learn what they do and skills required to be successful. Position will include working with a leader focused on development and corporate responsibility. Interns will participate in a full calendar of intern events including leadership speaker sessions, corporate responsibility activities, and training.

    -Work with Support Leader and team to create Best Practices Infographics and Presentations.

    -Work on special project to identify gaps in Super User coverage within various business segments and regions.

    -Capstone Project: Identify gaps and areas for improvement of coverage for Super Users. Recommendations from this analysis will help drive adoption, knowledge retention of system in regions with higher turnover and gained efficiencies for platform team, steady state support team and the sales enablement team.

    Qualifications

    -Strong computer skills required, to include basic computer navigation, typing, data entry

    -Prefer experience working with the following Microsoft Suite software applications: Word, Excel (basic), PowerPoint, Outlook

    -Detail Oriented

    -Basic Presentation Skills

    -Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal communication

    -Effective writing skills

    Pay rate $16.89
